Yes. The abrupt impact during handover is the sole cause of vibration marks on extruded profiles. Our three-head puller uses a seamless alternating traction system where the second head is already moving at the exact same speed as the extrusion when it takes over. This eliminates all impact shocks, resulting in 99% elimination of vibration marks.

Absolutely. Our pullers are designed with open communication protocols and can integrate with any brand of sawing system. We also offer an optional integrated synchronous saw unit that moves in perfect coordination with the puller head, eliminating the need for a separate downstream sawing station.
Q5: How long does installation take, and will it disrupt our production?
Standard installation takes 3-5 days. Our team will work around your production schedule to minimize disruption. We typically install and commission the new puller during a scheduled maintenance shutdown. Your line will be fully operational and running at full speed on the first day after installation.
